Liane Aviram is a filmmaker, designer and visual artist. She is interested in the cross-over of documentary and fiction in film and feminist fantasy as an investigative tool. Her work draws upon issues of mobility, capital and body labour relations which she investigates through various social and cultural events. Liane works with a range of mediums including film, video and print.


Liane has also curated a number of symposiums, workshops and exhibitions in partnership with District Berlin and Lothringer Halle, Munich. In 2020 Liane was awarded the UdK Meisterschulerpreis and had her first solo show as Gallery Nord, Berlin. She has an MFA in Fine Art from the University of the Arts Berlin and an MA in Documentary Filmmaking from Goldsmiths University, London. She currently lives and works in London.
